CORONA: Kenya Registers 14 Visas Total 172. Number of Survivors Is Seven People


Another day when the Kenyan nation has registered a number of cases of Corona virus infected in East Africa and today, health minister Mutahi Kagwe has confirmed that 14 more people have been infected with the Corona virus, bringing the infected population to 172 .

So far Mutahi has said that 3 people have been discharged from the hospital and that 7 people have survived.

Those 14, 12 are Kenyans and 2 are foreign nationals. In less than 24 hours, 696 people have been tested.

Of those 14, 7 are from Nairobi County, 2 Mombasa, 1 Kiambu, Mandera 2, Machakos 1 and Kisii 1. Nairobi – 7 Mombasa – 2 Machakos – 1 Kisi- 1 Kiambu – 1 Mandera- 2.

Golf clubs in the country have been shut down by Health minister Mutahi Kagwe who said it was due to the large number of people joining the clubs, which is especially dangerous at this time as the Kenyan nation faces the Corona virus.

At the same time Mutahi said all health officials who serve in hospitals where the victims have been excluded should start doing routine tests.

Citizens in affected counties will start getting tested. The registration of people and hotels in the country has been suspended by the Government.
